This board is crafted from Shimanoto Hinoki from Kochi Prefecture, a variety renowned for its exceptionally rich Hinoki oil content. Unlike mass-produced boards, it is naturally air-dried for 3–6 months, preserving the wood’s original properties. As a result, the board dries fast, resists discoloration, and maintains natural antibacterial protection that prevents mold and bacteria growth — keeping your kitchen clean and fresh.
How to Use and Care

Before use, lightly wet the surface to prevent warping and help the board acclimate.
